To place an order on our website browse the site and choose the Products you would like to order. Each Product will have a personalisation option. Complete the personalisation boxes where required. Some will be essential and you will need to fill these in, whereas others are optional and can be completed or left blank, as you prefer.
Next choose the type of Product you require - choose softback or hardback for a book, for example, by changing the quantity from 0 to 1 (or however many you require) on the relevant option - and then click the add to basket button. Check the shopping basket to ensure the details of the Product you have added are all correct. Once you have completed your choices, check your basket and be sure you are happy with your product choices and personalisation details, and then click to go through the checkout and make your payment.
We accept payment with most credit and debit cards, including American Express. You can also pay by PayPal.
To enter your personalisation details for a Product simply complete the required boxes. Some boxes must be filled in and some will be optional. Your gift will be printed with the personalisation message EXACTLY as you have entered it so please check carefully, including spelling, punctuation and capitalisation and make sure there are no mistakes. Mistakes cannot be corrected afterwards.

If you notice a mistake before you have completed the checkout, simply remove the Product from the basket and go back and reorder with the correct details.

We are very sorry but once the order has entered the production process then we are unable to amend the personalisation or cancel the order.
Sorry we do not currently offer gift wrapping. However, many of our products do have the option of a gift box, some of which can also be personalised. Please see each individual product page for more information.
