When you pay for your order using a credit or debit card your card details - card number, three digit security code and password - are kept secure within the Secure Trading system and are not revealed to us at Amazing Personalised Gifts.
Our secure payment system is enabled to accept and check 3D security numbers so if you have already registered your credit card with MasterCard SecureCode or Verified By Visa and you have an online shopping password then you will be able to use this at the secure checkout for your added security. If you have not registered your card yet, this is no problem, you can still use the shopping cart and checkout in the usual way.
Products - Alcohol Product(s) can only be sold to customers over the age of 18. Within 1 working day of our receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email, along with your order reference number. This number should be retained for future reference. Any acceptance of your order by Amazing Personalised Gifts is subject to these conditions of sale and to the availability of stock.
Amazing Personalised Gifts reserves the right to withdraw any Products from the Website Shop and may, in its sole discretion, refuse to process an order for any reason at any time. Without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer, Amazing Personalised Gifts will not be liable to you or a third party by reason of Amazing Personalised Gifts withdrawing any Product or refusing to process any order.
All Amazing Personalised Gifts products are personalised and are therefore made to order and are not held in stock or at least not in a finished state.
Stock Levels - Our stock levels are kept up to date but in rare circumstances if we are unable to supply a product, we will inform you of this by email and will give you the option of waiting for the product to be available or cancelling your order.
Where you choose to cancel your order, any sum debited by Amazing Personalised Gifts from your credit or debit card will be re-credited and Amazing Personalised Gifts will notify you of this by email at the email address which you provided on your order. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the date of your cancellation of your order.
All prices are quoted in £ Sterling. Delivery is free to all UK addresses. Overseas orders are charged delivery costs depending on the destination. Delivery charges are explained in full on the Delivery Information page. Except in the case of manifest error, the prices payable for Products that you order are as set out on the Website at the time at which you place your order.
Payment may be made using a wide selection of credit and debit cards. You confirm that the credit/debit card which is being used is yours. Your credit/debit card details will be transmitted via the web to a secure server. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. The Products depicted are as seen. The reproduction of colours and styles are as accurate as photographic and image processing will allow. Amazing Personalised Gifts does not accept responsibility for slight variances in colour and style.
Personalised Gifts - Your text will be printed exactly as you have entered it, so please double check spelling, punctuation and capitalisation. We can only accept returns on personalised gifts where an error has been made on our part. We regret we are unable to accept returns where the personalisation has been correctly applied exactly as you entered it on your order.
Amazing Personalised Gifts will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your invoice address, if, for example, you wish Amazing Personalised Gifts to deliver direct to your recipient.
Amazing Personalised Gifts uses a range of carriers to fulfil deliveries. This enables our service to continue unaffected, for example, during industrial action, and also allows us to use the best option available for any order to offer our customers the best possible service.

If you do not receive Products ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them, Amazing Personalised Gifts shall have no liability to you unless you notify Amazing Personalised Gifts by email at email@example.com of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the Products.
Unless you have cancelled your order prior to delivery, you will become the owner of the Products once they have been delivered to you. In any case, after delivery they will be held at your own risk and Amazing Personalised Gifts will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to the Products except insofar as it arises from an inherent defect in any of the Products.
As all personalised items are unique to you and are therefore unsuitable for resale, we are sorry that orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded unless we have made a mistake.
Sorry we are unable to replace, exchange or refund items if you have made a mistake on the personalisation so please do check the details you enter very carefully when you place your order.
If your item arrives damaged or is defective in any way, if you receive an incorrect item or if we have made a mistake with the personalisation, please contact us as soon as possible - simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating which item(s) are affected. You should contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please include your order number and details of the problem. Please also attach a photo or two of the damage or issue to your email. If the parcel and/or packaging has been damaged, please also include a photo of this. This will enable us to deal with your enquiry more quickly.
If we ask you to return an item, we will issue you with a returns address and a Returns Authorisation Code. You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Code before sending anything back to us or we will not otherwise be able to process your Return. Returns sent without prior arrangement will not be processed or returned to you.
Lost in Transit - If we ask you to return the damaged item, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us so we recommend sending the packages by Signed For or Special Delivery.
Liability - Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Amazing Personalised Gifts`s maximum liability to you arising by reason of or in connection with the supply of the Products to you shall be limited to the amount paid by you in respect of the Products in question ("Payment Amount").
Amazing Personalised Gifts shall not in any event be liable to you for:

2. Any indirect loss or consequential loss what so ever even if it has been advised of the possibility of such loss. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
